## Packaging

Orders are packed in plain outer packaging. There is no product description, brand reference or category label on the outside of the parcel. The courier sees a sealed box like any other.

Inside, products are packed to protect them in transit. If a product includes a storage pouch, it arrives in that pouch.

## Payment

Cash on delivery is available where eligible. It is the option most customers in the UAE ask about, because it means paying when the parcel arrives rather than in advance. Eligibility depends on the destination and the order, and the checkout shows the options available for your address before you confirm.

## Timing and coverage

Delivery covers Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain. Typical delivery falls within one to three working days, and remote areas can take longer. Orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday are processed on the next working day.

## Choosing a delivery window

If you would rather not receive a parcel when other people are home, keep two things in mind:

## Returns
